Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into contracts to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you have the authority to bind your Shopify store to these Terms.

2. Services Provided

The App provides WhatsApp-based messaging services (“the Service”) for Shopify merchants, including but not limited to:

• Automated order notifications
• Cart abandonment recovery messages
• Marketing and promotional campaigns
• Custom WhatsApp bot automation

We may update, modify, or discontinue services at any time, with or without notice.

3. Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify and WhatsApp Business accounts. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breaches.

4. User Obligations

When using the App, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your store and business
• Use the App in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and WhatsApp policies
• Not use the App to send spam, malicious, or unlawful content

5. Payment and Subscription

Some features of the App may require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription or usage of paid features. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and technology provided by the App remain the property of Sendev or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your store.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our collection, use, and sharing of personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as-is.” Sendev is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruptions, arising from your use of the App.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sendev, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may also uninstall the App at any time. Sections on Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sendev operates, without regard to conflict of law rules. Users from other regions agree to comply with their local regulations in addition to these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
